We collect information you provide when creating an account, including your email address, organization name, and password (stored as a secure hash). We also collect data you enter into the platform such as plant records, grow schedules, and notes.
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, send transactional emails (verification, password resets), and communicate important updates about the beta program. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and hosted on trusted cloud infrastructure. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text.
TerpAgent uses AI to provide task recommendations and grow assistance. Data sent to AI services is used only to generate responses and is not used to train AI models. AI-generated content should be reviewed and verified by the user.
We do not share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., email delivery via Resend, database hosting via Supabase). These service providers are bound by their own privacy policies.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can export your data or request account deletion by contacting the TerpAgent team.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics during the beta period.
During the beta period, data retention and backup policies are subject to change. We recommend keeping your own records of important data. We will notify you of any significant changes to data handling practices.
We may update this Privacy Policy as needed. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
